
Recruits Reaction: Visitors praise electric atmosphere during Michigan State's win over Boston College
Michigan State hosted a loaded list of prospects on campus for its double overtime over Boston College. Here are their reactions.
On Saturday night, Michigan State hosted Boston College under the lights in what was a thrilling game. It took double overtime, but ultimately, MSU was able to earn the 42-40 victory over the Eagles.
It was an electric atmosphere at Spartan Stadium, and the Spartans brought in many recruits for visits, including several blue-chip prospects, to take in the environment.
Spartans Illustrated checked in with a large number of the recruits who were in East Lansing on Saturday. Below, in no particular order outside of listed class year, are their reactions to the experience.
2027:
WR Trey Haddad (new offer):
Haddad earned an offer from Michigan State while on the visit. He also has offers from texas A&m, West Virginia and others. Haddad has not yet been evaluated by the recruiting services.
"It feels great (to get an offer from MSU). Having the opportunity to play at a school like Michigan State has been a dream of mine and I can’t wait to get back on campus."
Four-star LB/EDGE (ATH) Tate Wallace
MSU has not offered Wallace yet, but the four-star defender has offers from Tennessee, Minnesota and elsewhere.
"The visit was great! Got to see an amazing game with a great atmosphere and really got to see amazing hospitality."
