Film Room: Boston College vs. Michigan State

The ins and outs of a critical, much needed win for the Spartans over the Eagles in double overtime.

I was extremely encouraged by what I saw from Michigan State in their first power conference test in the season. Aidan Chiles was terrific, taking care of the ball, and Brian Lindgren had a number of interesting twists that played off of existing tendencies that helped MSU to their highest output versus a power conference defense since the 2017 Holiday Bowl. However, poor positioning and technique contributed to a troubling performance in the pass defense, as struggles to get after the quarterback continued.
